"We moved into a house and the yard had been neglected all summer (an acre). Some companies refused the job. Mr. Alvarez made a point to fit us into his schedule before we had planned a party. Two mowers cut the grass three times. Then they blew the grass off the street and bushes. They mowed again with with a bag attached to collect all the grass. Two men worked nonstop for 2 1/2 hours and the yard looked beautiful. We were so happy to have this done so well."
