The crew went above and beyond, killing vines choking our trees, mulching all the deadfall, and pushing the brush line all the way back beyond the trees (we live on Maryland wetlands). "Someone came out to turn on my system yesterday (The window was 10-2) and they arrived a little after 2. I had a work meeting at 2, and could not really spend any time with the technician other than to turn the water on, and to have him let me know that there was an â issueâ with the wiring of my system and someone would need to come back to troubleshoot. I called to try to schedule an appointment yesterday with no response. I called again today and no one answered my call. I turned my system on this afternoon and it seems to be operating normally, so I am not sure of the â issueâ Not sure if this company has changed hands or not, but the responsiveness since last year has greatly diminished. Too bad because they installed my system and have been taking care of it for ~15 years and were previously great to deal with."
