"Great customer service. Stumbled a little getting started. Time will tell. Follow-up: I used this company for 2 years. They were marketed as "customized" service for the unique needs of my lawn. The lawn was in very bad shape when I purchased the home, with large patches of crab grass and invasive yard plants. Although I did not get the "customized" treatments promised, the company did come back to spot treat problem areas if I called them to complain. They also failed to treat the far back areas of my lawn (outside the fence line) until I complained. Overall, the company helped to get my yard healthy again, but they did not offer the customized service that was quoted to justify their slightly higher than average price tag. I feel like I got adequate service and results, but not a 5-star company."

After chatting about what we wanted, he and his crew got to work and took care of everything we discussed. They really busted their butts! "Dave and his crew at Greenbush Professional Services did an exceptional job removing 7 trees and their stumps for me this past fall. Let me repeat exceptional. Yes they were the most expensive. However, they took the time to lay a road of composite material to minimize damage to the yard, cut down large trees next to the home and fence w/o damage, and removed the stumps thoroughly. That later step is what many companies fail to accomplish – which makes it difficult to grow grass afterwards. Once the tree work was done, he and his crew spread top soil and laid sod. Overall the yard looks good – but time will if/how much settling will occur. If you need trees removed and want it done right in a timely manner – give Dave a call."

Scheduled the appointment and Mike showed up and took care of everything. He made a couple of good recommendations to improve the system and identified a hole in one of my lines. He marked it and indicated I should fix in the spring. I will definitely be calling Sunrise Irrigation to fix the system before next season."
