"showed up on time and did a very clean job. Did not ask for money up front. Invoiced me since I went to work while they were still working. Also hauled all debris away versus putting it in my yard. Would definitely hire again!"

"My Rainbird timer box had become completely dysfunctional. I contacted Green Bird in the evening; the following morning they were here. The Rainbird was replaced, sprinkler zones were checked, 2 sprinkler heads were fixed for better coverage, and done. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently, including an overview of how to program the new Rainbird box. The whole service was efficient and pleasant, also reasonably priced. Wish I'd called them a year ago! Would definitely recommend Green Bird!"

"Professional and knowledgeable. Did a great job trimming hedges and tree and making the yard look amazing."

"I hired Top Line Maintenance to do our lawn maintenance and small landscaping jobs like trimming & pruning. I liked Ramiro right away. He is a serious and friendly young man who listened to my concerns and addressed all of them clearly & thoroughly. He has been working for us for over 2 months now. He is totally reliable and responsive to any questions that I have. I highly recommend this professional lawn maintenance company."

"Ricky and his team removed my old lawn and installed new sod and curbing. We had not planned to include curbing around the flower beds, but Ricky thoroughly reviewed the benefits with us, What a difference the curbing makes! He provided several options, pricing, and positives and negatives for both the sod and the curbing. On the day of the install, Ricky checked and adjusted our existing irrigation system to assure that the new sod would be properly watered. The following day, he called to make sure that the irrigation system was running properly. I absolutely love his patience, sound explanations, great communication, and follow-up. He is a caring professional, providing high quality workmanship and economical pricing."

"Great service, I would recommend him to everyone who needs lawn care."

"Was impressed that Scott, the owner, was the person that responded to my query. Very professional, walked the whole lawn. Agreed to get started with two treatments ten days apart. Technician, Eric, is very knowledgeable and formerly was a golf course supervisor. The national firm that used to "take care" of our lawn did not, and was mainly interested in money and selling additional services. Also, technician turnover was a big problem."

"Marcos called within minutes of my request for a quote, he came out the next day and the job was completed three days later. Well maintained equipment, prompt, fair price and an excellent job. He does what he says he will do, on time and is very professional. I would definitely recommend and hire him again."
