At the end of the day, he did two things that are right by me: (a) He fixed the billing issues where I was being double billed for two visits for the same job and (b) he listened to my concerns without making excuses. I'm not trying to get some sort of free service or a discount akin to negotiating with a cable tv provider. So, I will continue to give Allen Outdoor my business because I know that the owner actually cares about making sure I'm happy with the services."
