"Like others have said, NW is not the least expensive quote you will get, but they have installed a solid system at our house that has been trouble free with the exception of a couple of heads getting some sand in them (which NW came out and fixed free of charge).  I recommended them to our neighbors and 7 others bought systems from them and I look like the neighborhood hero because they are all enjoying trouble free system and great service from NW.
Oh and the work they had to do because we put in a deck.  Our contractor all of a sudden came out while we were at work and started framing the deck even though we thought we had 4 days before they would start.  I called NW and Mona said she would do her best to get a couple of guys out that night.
Sure enough, 8:30 at night these two exhausted guys came out (because they worked all day) and told me, "no problem, too much work is a good thing" and worked until dark and got the job done.  Totally impressed with the quality of the work and the well organized work they do.  
Unlike others in the neighborhood that used another company...NW did not cause a pile of damage to our yard on the install, and they CLEANED UP after themselves!  People were envious just from the clean yard after they finished.

"I hired them for completing the mowing season late in 2025, and then to handle our driveway with Snow removal. On the lawn experience they did a descent job over approximately a month of mowing but at one point I did have to chase them down to do the last mow of the season. When snow removal started that turned into a bit of a mixed bag as it's been a cat and mouse experience trying to make sure they come out to take care of the driveway. There is no consistency when they do show up as sometimes it's 5:30am and other times they have been here at 11pm at night. They do provide a winter snow report via email to show the work was done but there is little consistency of when they will actually get to the job. I believe they are more central Rochester located than on the east side thus they don't track the unique conditions each region can have. I also believe they bit of more than they could handle. When you do try to reach out to them they don't answer phone calls. We are done."
