"Jose was AMAZING! He came highly recommended by a friend who is an environmentalist. She said he was honest, professional, very hard-working, a perfectionist and very knowledgeable about plants. He completely overhauled my overgrown garden. He pulled up an enormous amount of invasive ivy, removed poison ivy, trimmed back trees, cleaned gutters, manicured an overgrown garden - all in a day and a half. In short he was a miracle worker! I most highly recommend Jose and his company for any of your landscaping needs! He is wonderful!"

"Jack has been taking care of me for 5 years now...he always has the best attitude and is so helpful in explaining my control box which is a mystery to me..I always recommend burge and say ask for jack"

"We hired Nelson to do cleaning after the winter, mulching a very big area which involved getting rid of lots of weeds and leaves, replacing the weeds stopper fabric from under a vast area with marble chips, cutting the grass, making flower beds, landscaping edges, etc. From the first interaction with him, Nelson was very professional. While walking together all sides of the yard, he listened very attentively to what we were hiring him for. We were and we are very happy with his work. He showed up as promised and over delivered the entire work. Yes, over delivered. Not common nowadays. He and his crew are very hard workers and their work is very detailed. I felt like they were really caring about what they were doing! Overall we were and we are extremely satisfied with Nelson work and we strongly recommend him and his company. Thank you Nelson for a great work. It is very much appreciated. MF, Coachway, The Downs, Annapolis"

"VLC lawn care does a great job for a reasonable price. I love that I don’t have to do a thing to the yard because they take care of it all for me. They are prompt, maintain good communication when weather prevents them from mowing, friendly, and polite. I have no regrets about hiring this company."

"Great service and done in a timely manner."

"Not the cheapist provider, but I selected them for their ability to meet my lawn replacement schedulule with enough time to seed the new lawn in before winter. The plumbers they contract with for tieing into my well system were professional and did a good job as well. The yard clean up was first rate as well. The irrigation system works well and the wifi controller is easy to use."

"Everything went well. The yard looked beautiful after a dead plant was removed and it was all cleaned up. Jay is accessible and easy to work with."

"Someone came out to turn on my system yesterday (The window was 10-2) and they arrived a little after 2. I had a work meeting at 2, and could not really spend any time with the technician other than to turn the water on, and to have him let me know that there was an â issueâ with the wiring of my system and someone would need to come back to troubleshoot. I called to try to schedule an appointment yesterday with no response. I called again today and no one answered my call. I turned my system on this afternoon and it seems to be operating normally, so I am not sure of the â issueâ Not sure if this company has changed hands or not, but the responsiveness since last year has greatly diminished. Too bad because they installed my system and have been taking care of it for ~15 years and were previously great to deal with."

"We needed our yard aerated and seeded for fall . Within 2 weeks I had new grass growing .I would recommend Maryland Decking for any of your outdoor needs."
