I learned building trades from my father as a child and worked with him in construction for 8 years building houses from the ground up including plumbing, wiring, concrete, cabinetry, etc. from framing to finish. I have completed my own additions, remodeling, and repairs for the last 30 years. I did not have any deadline nor did I know exactly what I needed, but I needed help to get some order back to our landscaping. Greg was courteous and knowledgeable explaining not only what he could do but what the various plants/shrubbery/trees needed. He had some nasty weather to work through and the job was finished just before company and Thanksgiving. The work he did made a very noticeable improvement with the landscaping. "We happened upon these guys through a groupon deal. At first we only asked them to trim our wildly untamed hedge out front but then went ahead and got a quote for the trees we needed removed from the front lawn because they were growing into the sewer line.
They price matched the best price I had gotten from other quote and allowed me to apply my groupon.
Aside from just getting the work done I was very impressed at their responsivness via email and voicemail. They really allowed me to commiuncate with them the way I needed to. They took up very little of my time through the whole process but still listened to what I was asking for. Also, I was offered advice on how to help my lawn recover from the process. They really seem to care about the trees and about the customer and try to help do whats best for both.
