"Extremely well. I had work done last year that left me with no lawn, sod rolls that died, undelivered items, and a lot to be corrected. Juan and his crew have been able to bring back a lawn that virtually didn't exist, corrected so many items in the front and back yards, clean up the beds, install proper bark, and arborvitae, etc. In addition, the gutters (with screens) and roof were cleaned. he cost included time and materials and there were a lot of smaller things done that were by products of what was being done. He is prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, follows up with anything that needs more attention under the terms of the contract, is personable and is completely involved with his crew, who are also very competent. They all CARE about the work to be done and how it appears. I cannot say enough good things about this business."

"Prompt and thorough maintaining my lawn and garden. Also helped with plantings, fixed my irrigation system, mulched and did a fall cleanup."

"Cornelio updated my irrigation system at 1/2 of the price of the other bids. Then he walked around with me, explaining and showing the improvements, updating my watering schedule on my phone AND will come back and do my back flow inspection. He left addition hoes, connectors and garden pins in case I want to add or move something. He was very transparent, courteous and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. I highly recommend 7 Brothers Landscaping and Irrigation!"

"The work was great. They were wonderful, kind, careful, they watched out for our pets, efficient, very thorough, professional, and did a very good job."

"True to his promise, he transformed my yard to look inviting."

"As a 75 year old plantaholic and garden tool junky, I have impossible standards for the help I hire. Juan Deloya and his crew are welcome to return and do what I can't any more, due to physical problems. If you are lucky enough to fit into Juan's workload, you will see what I'm seeing after his crew worked my yard: as good as I would have done. Please leave Juan alone so he's available for ME!"

"Bob was very easy to work with, was prompt, courteous, and professional. He provided guidance and recommendations, but also incorporated our ideas very well into the plan. His crew was prompt, courteous, and very hardworking. They cleaned up the area at the end of each day (front and back of house)which was not easy in the rain and mud. At the completion of the job they replaced all areas of sod that had suffered wear and tear from the construction phase. He also counseled us on proper care of our new lawn and plantings. I would (and Have) recommend him without reservation. His pricing was fair and competitive."

"ARR were completely professional. Arrived on time, did great work on our yard clean-up. Reasonable, dependable, and very good. Highly recommend"

"Excellent company that maintained my house in Portland while I was living out of state for a few years. The crew always did a great job and were easy to communicate with. They will fix fences, if needed, and clean gutters. I hired them because my neighbor across the street had such a nice yard and she used them. 10/10."

"I loved getting the lawn assessment and care summary."
