"Showcase Lawn Care outshines the other weed control companies. The people who spray the lawn are accurate, fully covering all areas, and the product they spray on the lawn is very effective. The company's prices are competitive. The people in the office and the technicians working on our lawn are polite and knowledgeable. The communication from the company staff is reassuring. The staff send out texts to say when the spraying will take place and give the customer an opportunity to change the date or time. After the spraying, there is follow - up information. All communication is clear and consistent helping to make lawn care easier. Showcase Lawn Service is a superlative company."

"Quote process was on time, Sean was very professional and on time. Install of system was fast. Things changed from quote that I was not advised of though and I felt I should have been advised. For example, I was quoted 8 zones, and 28 sprinkler heads. I got 5 zones and 19 sprinkler heads when all said and done. I bought my own smart sprinkler controller and a separate zone for an upper garden(which we did not do) was quoted. Sean said he would credit me for the controller, and the separate garden zone off the original quote, however, when the bill came the day following installation these items were still included with the balance due, of $3823. I called to dispute the charges and Sean apologized for the oversight on the billing, and corrected that right away. I mentioned the zones and head issue and Sean said that quoting was not highly precise. He said he included an inline sediment filter (not included with original quote) that offset the zones and head issue. I had a couple of problems after installation that NW responded and took care of right away. So from a service perspective they were very good. But I was not happy with quoting process or the final billing because I felt the inline filter did not offset the reduction in zones and sprinkler heads. So overall, I give the process in general 3 stars. 5 for service, and 1 for quoting and billing."

"It took 2 service calls to resolve my issue. The only other concern is that the technician did not clean up an area of my lawn where he had to remove an irrigation system box cover and dug up turf around it which was left laying there."

"Dave from Warner’s Home Service did an exceptional job aerating our lawn today. He navigated expertly around many gardens and a pond and was kind and courteous."

"Great job on landscaping after pool removal. Jeff & his team put in brick pavers for a walkway, and sod. A fairly large area. They did an amazing job and for a reasonable price. Also, took care of 2 other areas on lawn that needed seeding, plus he buried some tubing that looked terrible before. Will definitely use him again!"

"Came out on a Saturday late afternoon and stayed until dark Came back again on Sunday afternoon Knowledgeable honest Work integrity Same day service Had valves replaced n irrigation system All sod replaced and left the lawn looking good Would hire again in a heart beat!"

"I loved getting the lawn assessment and care summary."

"Two previous companies had been takimg care of my lawn but they were just not a good fit- missed areas of the lawn, unresponsiveness, consistency, and communication. With Luke, I no longer have to be bothered with any of those things and the lawn looks awesome every time. I work in the industry and know good work is very hard to find. Highly recommend."
