We also needed a major tune up in a front bed, including replacing the old plastic border and mulch, plus weed barrier. Cesar stopped by on a Saturday, during work, and walked around our house as I detailed what we wanted. He said they would get to it the upcoming week, and when I arrived home from work Tuesday evening, everything was completed, and done very well.
