"It went better than expected! From the start, Alvin came out and listened to everything we had to say that needed to be done to both our front and back yards. His office came back with a very reasonable estimate which we accepted immediately. Alvin & his team started work right away and they did an amazing job! They did everything we asked for and also gave us some ideas that we hadn't even thought of. Our front and back yards were looking so bad & disheveled and they made them beautiful again! I recommend Universal Landscape Services 1000%."

We always take care of our customers and stick around to make sure all of the details of the work are exactly what our homeowners are looking for.

"I hired them to aerate my lawn. The price was fair, they were able to schedule my yard in less than two weeks and the time it took to complete the job was quick, payment made only after job completion and payment options were convenient. The owner Ricky communicated with me by text and answered all my questions. Carl did the actual job and he was very personable and knowledgeable."

"Installed irrigation, drainage, and new sod. From the first visit by Aaron to his final walk thru after all was completed, it was a pleasant experience. I never knew so much went into installing a lawn from scratch, but Aaron and Chris put me at ease with all the special explanation of the process. All their crews were respectful and took pride in their work."

"Completed work on same day as quote. Did all work as discussed and quoted. Price was competitive based upon 2 other quotes I had received. Satisfied with the new coverage and re-distribution of water on the lawn now. Sprinkler system should now provide better coverage using less water and time per zone"

"They did an outstanding job within the agreed time frame. My yard was horrible but it’s one of the best looking one on my block. I will reach out to New Ground Services on any of my lawn maintenance and design services."

"I am a repeat Caps customer - they come out and do annual inspection and adjustment of my yard sprinkler system. I had extensive repair work this year due to circumstances. My technician, Isaac was outstanding. He was polite, prompt, proficient, and proactive. In short, Isaac went above and beyond and I would be proud to have him come back to perform irrigation system repair and maintenance for me. Looking for a professional? Ask for Isaac."

"Juan and his crew were true professionals and did an excellent job on our yard. They cared for the yard as if it were their own. VERY IMPRESSED!"

"Bradley knows what he is doing, he knows his plants and his workers are also fantastic! If I wanted something extra, they took care of it no questions asked!"

"Pedro and his crew are always so professional. I've used Clean Water Sprinklers twice. I will use this company in the future if needed. Pedro cares about his work and how they leave a job. I expanded my flower beds and had to have them back to redesign the sprinkler system in the backyard. Before Pedro left, he rechecked the front yard system without even being ask to, just to make sure everything was still working right. A true professional!!!"
