"I made several calls & inquiries for a new lawn care company early in Spring of 2016. I had some very disappointing & costly experiences that happened at my home last year. No one was calling me back & I was getting very disappointed. I got on the "Home Advisor" website & sure enough they helped me out in Spades. It was very easy to express what my needs were and bingo I received a name & lawn care service company right here & near my home. I was given all of the proper contact information & did so, Jean-Claude called me within (1hr) I almost could not believe it! He was relaxed, gracious, & so supportive at our first conversation, I was very impressed. He did not rush me or talk about money, he was "truly" interested in my requests & problems. He then followed up instantly within 2 days with a walk around & figured out what was needed here. He then prepared a program & proposal, all was very simple & clear & bonded. And not to mention Jean-Claude's fees are well within my budget as a single person. Jean-Claude jumped in quickly, & started to resolve all the problems here that stemmed from decades ago. I know for a fact that I will have beautiful grass again & an exquisite yard to be proud of, but most of all just to be able to "enjoy it". Thanks to my new referral from "Home Advisor" every call & text is answered immediately & with re-assurance. This particular Home Advisor referral "Jean-Claude Property Maintenance, LLC has renewed my faith in being able to find - honest, dependable, very hard working, and "mostly" sincere people. I cannot "Thank You" enough. You have sent me "a diamond in the ruff". Sincerely, Kathleen V. Kennebunk, ME"

"These Pros did an outstanding job. I'm really amazed at what they did with the bushes in my front yard I never thought that they would look good again but they do. All of their work was excellent, the pricing was fair. Right on time got it done I'd recommend them."

"They were flexible around getting the job done around the weather, and we scheduled late in the season. They could not have been nicer, and they were very meticulous. No sealer on the lawn. I always think this job is more expensive than it should be, but they use a high quality sealer, which may be more expensive."

"David did a fantastic job here on our property. He listened carefully and then followed our unusual instructions. We wanted a light touch and to maintain the natural, Maine, pine look and feel of out property. The results are exactly what we were hoping for. Both he and his colleague worked extremely hard while they were here. They removed everything and left the place looking great. This was a 5-STAR job - 100%. I would hire David again in a heartbeat, and I can recommend him to others wholeheartedly and without hesitation. Thank you, David."
