He quickly assessed the problem was with the main water supply to the house, not the sprinkler line, and recommended corrective actions. Beyond this assessment he also identified additional problems in my sprinkler system (broken sprinkler heads, leaking sprinkler line in the back yard). He then promptly fixed them and finished up his service call by adjusting the settings for the sprinklers in the front and back yards to ensure efficient watering. Adrian was courteous and professional throughout this visit and the repair expense was quite reasonable. I would not hesitate to engage his services again."

"They called to start the job a few days early.  They were to use my existing sod from the flower beds to cover a couple a spots in the backyard, but they forgot and scrapped all of my sod so they had to bring in fresh sod.  I expected the sod to be laid out in straight lines but the edges are all jagged with several areas being trip hazards.
They apparently didn't do something correct when preparing the cutout for the bed as grass is coming up rampant through the mulch.   The original drawing had part of my bed in my neighbors yard, so they had to adjust on site.  The layout was a little off from the drawing although not too terrible.  Overall, it looks good from the street, but I am a little embarrassed at it up close especially to those who know how expensive it cost.  
They were very nice, respectful, and had to come out multiple times, but it's just not what I had hoped.   I feel i should have done something very small to then evaluate the outcome before going all in.  
Also, they allowed the total to be paid off over 6mths.
