"Rigo called me to set up an appointment. He arrived promptly and after looking at my yard and hearing what I wanted. He gave me a fair estimate. I told him I wanted to be fair to my current Gardner and keep him through this month. I told him I was happy with him but he didn't maintain my yard, just mostly mow and blow. Rigo, then suggested that I speak to my Gardner and see if he had time to take on the extra work that I needed. Rigo, also checked my sprinkler timer and showed me how to set it. I would not hesitate to hire Rigo or recommend him. I was very impressed with him and had no trouble getting in touch with him."

"It took 3 days after Conrad came out and gave an estimate. Demolition of the front yard took one day. Then a few days later the demolition of the backyard was completed along with the foundation for the drip system was laid and the front yard sprinkler system was placed and then the lawn the following week. He brought a crew of 5 - 6 for two of the three days. they came fully equipped for the job at hand. His crew was friendly, professional and very hard working. Best of all they hauled away all the debris and cleaned up at the end of each day. End result fully functional sprinkler system, a home that now has amazing curb appeal, a green lawn. the backyard looks completely updated and a drip system that is up and running. Thanks to Del Mar Landscape the home looks twenty years younger."

"Simon came out gave me an estimate and also how long it would take.His crew removed 4 hedges,cleaned out the beds and put river rock in the beds along the house.Also trimmed several of my neighbors trees that were overhanging onto my property.They also cut and edged the lawn and cleared out the driveway of weeds that were coming thru the cracks of the cement.Work was completed in about 3 hours by a crew of 4.Crew was very professional and courteous and I would recommend and would hire Simon to anyone needing this type of work."

"It was actually one of the BEST experience I have had with repairs and upgrades to my home. I am a retired General Contractor, (40 years in the trade), specializing in very high-end custom homes. I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. He finished on time and within budget. He even threw in a little stuff. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH of very good compliments about Cipriano, his crew and the quality of work completed. He WILL be coming back for my back yard.!!!!! He does many more projects then what I hired him for, but if you need anything done, ( landscape, lawns, gardens, hardscape, etc. etc. ) I would highly recommend that you look him up and CALL HIM !!!
