"We had a 4ft deep by 4ft wide sinkhole appear in our yard! Tom reached out to us in less than hour after we submitted our online inquiry. He was able to come to our home that same day for a free evaluation, and had an exact estimate by that same evening. 2 days later Tom and his team took care of everything for us. Very professional, very helpful and very thorough. We highly recommend this company."

"Had gutters cleaned, did a good job.Had a gutter nail that came out.I asked if he could put it back in. He must of forgotten it,itâ s still in my yard."

"I can't say enough good things about Ponist Property Concepts and the owner Chris. From the very beginning my experience has been great. Chris promptly returned my call, and scheduled an appointment to discuss my landscaping project. I was clueless with what I really wanted to be done and he walked me through every step of the project - telling me what he envisioned and asking pointed questions to find out what I would like. He kept an open line of communication throughout the project and I absolutely love the final product. I LOVE looking at my front yard now which I have hated for years! I already asked him to do additional work in my backyard and am planning on using him for another project next year. I was reluctant to go to Home Advisors but I am so glad I did - and I am so happy they recommended Chris."

"I loved getting the lawn assessment and care summary."

"They are very knowledgeable and they did an amazing job! Definitely using them for our lawn care and maintenance from now on! I would definitely recommend them to others! Also very friendly!"

"Great job building the patio. Minor problems were addressed and will be taken care of. The Patio was a great addition to our main house. Lots of comments from friends and family. We use our patio more now that it is covered than when it was just a deck. Everyone in the crew done a fantastic job to make us happy. Thank you for the super job that was done for our family. We have been recommening your business to others who want to know who done the job."
