The plumbing company left a mess, damaging our tree, crushing bushes, and leaving big pile of dirt in the yard. We called Ridley's. They came out promptly for an estimate, and once we said yes, they came out promptly and did an amazing job. They did so well that our neighbor was watching them work and hired them on the spot to do some grading in his yard. They were highly professional, worked hard, and simply got the job done as it should be done. We talked to another company that seemed cheaper, but they didn't give me the confidence that Donta gave me, and now that the job is done, I can say that confidence was well placed."

I had a work meeting at 2, and could not really spend any time with the technician other than to turn the water on, and to have him let me know that there was an â issueâ with the wiring of my system and someone would need to come back to troubleshoot. I called to try to schedule an appointment yesterday with no response. I called again today and no one answered my call. I turned my system on this afternoon and it seems to be operating normally, so I am not sure of the â issueâ Not sure if this company has changed hands or not, but the responsiveness since last year has greatly diminished. Too bad because they installed my system and have been taking care of it for ~15 years and were previously great to deal with."
