They bring a friendly team of guys who work well together to get the job done quickly. They were careful with existing plantings and with the lawn itself. The components they use are among the best, if not the best, as far as I can tell from my own research. I had some additional requirements for them to meet (controlling the system from the internet from anywhere in the world), and they researched and found a controller that would work. They took a small risk in installing a controller that was new to them, but they offered to go above and beyond to support it, and it has worked out very well.
