"David was amazing, efficient, friendly, and great with communication. His response time is stellar. My daughter and I have severe environmental allergies, so we need help mowing the lawn. With the rain our lawn got long. We were able to mow our front yard, with our electric mower, but my daughter got sick from her allergies. I have a rare nerve disease which disables me, so after we finished the front neither of us could start our back yard. With all the rain, our first scheduled ti.e got rained out. David contacted me promptly in the morning to reschedule. He confirmed when he was on his way, when he arrived and when he was finished. That was the best service I've had in the year that we've been here. Other contractors are either 3 hours late, no communication or spend their time trying to get you into a contract that you don't need. He just came and got it done. So refreshing! I wish we found him sooner. I will definitely recommend him to my neighbors and hire him again."

"Contacted Jo's Irrigation for estimate of sprinkler repair. Joe Hoal, the owner, arrived promptly at the agreed upon date and time for the estimate. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism displayed. During the inspection, we discussed repairs to the existing well system which was cycling. The following day I contacted Joe directly and requested he include an estimate for the well repairs as well. After a week and receiving no estimate, I contacted Jo's Irrigation via email. After another week, the estimate was received without mentioning the repairs to the well system. I replied via email requesting the status of the well repairs but received no response. Three days later, I called Joe directly and was given a verbal range but I requested the written estimate be updated and resent. After two weeks and not receiving an updated estimate, I called Joe again, and requested the revised estimate within the next five days. I never received for communication nor an updated estimate. I chose to take my business to another firm. I felt Joe's expertise was impressive and the estimate for sprinkler repairs was in line with other estimates received. My concern over lack of responsiveness to communications, particularly if the job was not performed 100% to my satisfaction or subsequent issues arose, caused me not to select Jo's Irrigation."
