My yard had seen much better days and though I did have a gardener, he was a single person who could not keep up with the enormity of work that needed to be done to keep my property in order. I called Simon to do a one time clean-up and trim as my usual gardener had been unavailable all summer and my property required some badly needed work.  I contacted Simon on a Monday morning, he was very friendly and professional, and he was able to come to my house the same afternoon to assess what needed to be done.  He gave me a fair quote of $650 which included trimming and cleaning, and promised that his workers would be able to complete the work the very next day.

Simon's workers arrived at noon, the time we had arranged, and got to work immediately.  They were professional and careful, they cleaned and trimmed everything we had agreed upon all within five hours. The end result is great.  I am very pleased with the job Simon and his workers carried out.  I have even hired him to do my weekly yard work in the interim, also at a fair price, as my usual gardener is unavailable.  I would recommend Simon to anyone who needs honest, good, clean, professional lawn and yard work."

"This was a very large project .The backyard was cleanup of 10 years of declining gardening and debris involving grading, resloping and placing degraded granite. Then there was the new design and installation of an irrigation system to support the new landscaping and sod installation in another part of the backyard. In the front we widened the driveway which involved root hacking, digging, laying re-bar and pouring and finishing down the new concrete. Yosef and his crew were responsive,capable and courteous. We felt the fee was very reasonable for such hard work. We are very pleased with the results."
