"Talk about above and beyond!! Wow! The Allen Outdoor Solutions team blew me away with AWESOME SERVICE!! They have maintained our yard and landscape for many years so we asked them to install an irrigation system. The installers were VERY PROFESSIONAL and CLEAN! Our yard was put back in better condition than when they arrived. We chose a HUNTER HYDRAWISE system, which is operated from our Smart Phone. SUPER COOL!!! I also want to mention the office staff and coordination team. We were informed every step of the way before installation and also receive a follow-up call a few days after to make sure everything was operating correctly. THANKS!!!"

"We absolutely could not be more happy with Chris and his crew from Cityscapes! They did LOTS of work: trimmed several large trees near our street, installed our new mailbox, completely redid our drainage on the sides and back of our house, removed a 20 foot shrub (including the huge stump), cleared out weeds and completely cleaned out and renewed our garden (leaving three redbuds and a rose bush), laid down mulch in that garden, cleared out brush in another corner of the yard, put down dirt, did rock edging on both gardens, seeded the lawns, put down weed preventer, and hauled all of the trash away. Later we talked about bug repelling plants we could add, and Chris spent a good amount of time giving recommendations, and we could not be more pleased with them! Not only great workers, but great people... we're sold!"

"Fred was wonderful! Our deck has a lot of square footage and he was able to repair/stain our deck in less than a week from when we first called him. He did a phenomenal job. He was so transparent about his estimate and communicated clearly throughout. He demonstrated over and over again how important it was to him that we had a good experience and we were happy with his work. "UNBELIEVABLE...I hired this company to perform landscaping to three yards, my personal yard included. As a senior, disabled, homebound individual I requested that before/after pics be emailed to me bi weekly. NOPE! Enrroll, friendly as can be, was here to pick up payment yet when questioned about the pics, excuses included many, but mostly I sent them. NOPE! not received and nothing in spam, he should have rec an error msg or tripled check email address and had his partner Jerome, People Choice Landscaping, the landscaper finally email me a pic of the two yards only to discover they had been cutting the wrong lot and presented me duplicate pic of the multiplex yard and collected payments. I pulled my contractor off a job and requested he visit the lot to which he reported grass up to my knees and took pics. WTH, JD is NOT cheap and I had provided addresses that border the lot, no excuses accepted. Normally, I am noted for paying immediately, however, caution took a turn and tapped me on the shoulder whereby, I was on my 3 payment owning which made us equal for the yard they had not cut 5xs....needless to say, when confronted and advised we were even, all hell broke loose w/Jerome who advised to get someone else duh, u do not have to tell me once, I would think that this would have been their solution. BTW....had he not fired me, he had agreed a decrease his bi weekly fee....yeah, right! Needless, to say he finally submitted a pic of the RIGHT LOT that had an OVERDUE cutting. Luckily, I was not cited by the city. NOTE: This is not one of those redundant, synchronized reviews"
