"We had quite the journey with Tom from Szell. He came a few days after I called and inspected our already installed sprinkler system. They came back the next day and replaced heads that needed work. Unfortunately, not all of the heads worked after that, so he had to return again the next week. We ended up having some - unrelated - water line issues, and Tom came to our house on a Saturday evening and spent an hour trouble-shooting with me. So he was very committed to helping me, but the initial quality wasn't 100%. The water line issues got in the way of a seamless experience, but I had total faith in his expertise."

He explained the costs, scheduled the appointment, ASAP, by fitting me in at the end of the day; they arrived promptly; he and Don repaired & replaced damaged sprinkler heads; moved one head 6' out of the way; tested and adjusted the entire system; showed me how to program the control panel and adjust the spray patterns. Before he left, I scheduled winterization of our system with him. The problems I had been fretting over for months were resolved within an hour - I highly recommend this company!"

"They did a great job. The only possible improvement is that they should have bagged up the trash that they removed from the lawn. However, to be fair, at least they removed the trash from the lawn and stacked it on the front porch. Other lawn care services that I have used always leave the trash in the yard; at least these guys gathered it up and placed it on the front porch for someone to bag it up. My one lament is due to the fact that I am disabled, so bagging the trash would have helped me a great deal due to my physical limitations. With that said, they did a great job. I plan on using them again and will recommend them to friends and family."
