"We had quite the journey with Tom from Szell. He came a few days after I called and inspected our already installed sprinkler system. They came back the next day and replaced heads that needed work. Unfortunately, not all of the heads worked after that, so he had to return again the next week. We ended up having some - unrelated - water line issues, and Tom came to our house on a Saturday evening and spent an hour trouble-shooting with me. So he was very committed to helping me, but the initial quality wasn't 100%. The water line issues got in the way of a seamless experience, but I had total faith in his expertise."

"Jim and Don did a great job installing a new system under difficult conditions. I have lots of tree roots and an existing lawn in the back yard. They made sure they cut the roots back. They were on time and got the job done when they said they would. Only issue I have is that the soil was not put back into the holes where they had to dig to install the nozzle heads. Price included a rain sensor and a controller accessible by smartphone."

"They did a great job. The only possible improvement is that they should have bagged up the trash that they removed from the lawn. However, to be fair, at least they removed the trash from the lawn and stacked it on the front porch. Other lawn care services that I have used always leave the trash in the yard; at least these guys gathered it up and placed it on the front porch for someone to bag it up. My one lament is due to the fact that I am disabled, so bagging the trash would have helped me a great deal due to my physical limitations. With that said, they did a great job. I plan on using them again and will recommend them to friends and family."
