"John scheduled time to come by and review the service I wanted, showed on time and asked thorough questions. He stated he would be back in touch within days. No feedback after a week, I contacted the company with no response. Followed up again a week later and no feedback. I scheduled time away from work only for them to blow me off, expected the service to be well over $1000. I can understand if it turned out to be something they weren’t interested in but poor customer service to just not communicate. I was very clear on the service I needed at initial contact so no surprise on their end when we reviewed the items at my home. Can not recommend this company."

"It was excellent, they were very good, very friendly, always tell me if there was a problem, the people for the application was very careful, they cleaned up after themselves if there was anything to clean up. They were very professional in all respect and I will not hesitate to recommend them."

"They have taken care of my watering system for years and now they are doing lawn care and fertilization. Their service is A-1 all the way."

"Benny is very knowledgable. He is a licensed irrigator. He explains everything very well and gives good advice where to put the sprinkler system and how it effects the drainage. He's very responsive when you contact him. He came back a few times and helped with other issues that I had. I am very satisfied with his work and I would highly recommend him."

"I hired them to aerate my lawn. The price was fair, they were able to schedule my yard in less than two weeks and the time it took to complete the job was quick, payment made only after job completion and payment options were convenient. The owner Ricky communicated with me by text and answered all my questions. Carl did the actual job and he was very personable and knowledgeable."

"I highly recommend Hydroquest Irrigation. Michael and his crew are very professional and thorough. The project was completed on time with no issues. The crew did a great job with installation and left the yard clean. I would definitely use this company again."

"They did an outstanding job within the agreed time frame. My yard was horrible but it’s one of the best looking one on my block. I will reach out to New Ground Services on any of my lawn maintenance and design services."

"Lucas and his team do great work. They maintain my yard and stay on top of making sure my yard and landscaping always look great. Always doing the extra mile! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for maintenance or installs. ."

"Do follow-up on doing what the say."

"They did a wonderful job with decorating an enormous Christmas tree that we were gifted. Due to our work schedules it was difficult for us to do this ourselves like we’ve done in previous years and this couple came through in a pinch. Communication was timely, organized and they were able to work with my budget and give suggestions for future improvements. Would hire again!"
