"Over the years, I have dealt with many contractors, very few as good as this. This was a Five Star 'plus' experience with team lead Chris Gibbins and his assistant Corey. Chris mentioned his hourly rate prior to arrival and would apply it to the repair. They located the buried zone controllers and adjusted and did minor repair where necessary evaluated for valve replacement. Service fee did not include the time for going out to the hardware store nearby. Total project cost including replacement costs were very reasonable. Explained what he was doing (made helpful suggestions), demonstrated professional competence and integrity, in an efficient (fast) and friendly manner. The owner is a young guy named Austin who has been working in the business for seven years and has recently started his own business. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. He had no problem with me shadowing him around the yard to watch what he was doing and he was happy to explain to me how the different parts of the system worked and why he was doing what he was doing to fix things.
