"It was actually one of the BEST experience I have had with repairs and upgrades to my home. I am a retired General Contractor, (40 years in the trade), specializing in very high-end custom homes. I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. He finished on time and within budget. He even threw in a little stuff. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH of very good compliments about Cipriano, his crew and the quality of work completed. He WILL be coming back for my back yard.!!!!! He does many more projects then what I hired him for, but if you need anything done, ( landscape, lawns, gardens, hardscape, etc. etc. ) I would highly recommend that you look him up and CALL HIM !!! "We moved into our house a year ago and had spent this past year figuring out how to re-landscape a large slope area where most of the plants were dead.  We were concerned about erosion & mudslides but also didn't want to use a lot of water for the new landscaping.  I worried that any drought tolerant plants would be "desert like" as I really don't like that look.  We wanted a more tropical look as it matches the house.  I met with several landscapers but Tom stood out due to his experience, knowledge, and the sense that he was really addressing our concerns and meeting our budget.
My husband and I were impressed with his extensive knowledge of plants and we now have a gorgeous slope that looks green, colorful and not like it will only require once a week watering!  Tom was on the job site everyday making sure all was going to plan although I thought his workers were extremely professional, hardworking and neat.  Despite all the debris that had to be removed from the slope and all the dirt and plants that had to be brought in, they kept our sidewalks and pool clean. Tom really took ownership of the project to make sure all the sprinklers were getting where they needed to be.  
We would definitely recommend Tom and would hire him again.
