They identified possible related issues that I might need to consider, where for example, there was wood decay. They rebuilt a small 2nd-story deck and did a great job. I then asked them about my neighbor's property, where the roof, gutters and yard all needed serious attention, as well as replacing two wooden garden gates. We accepted the quote; the service was then scheduled for the next day. Demetrio and crew arrived within the scheduled time frame.
