I thought ugh I will have to pay because they came out end of season... nope. Then they called me to come out again to troubleshoot. Again it was not working. The tech and the boss conferred and came a third time... Third time is a charm! I was expecting a bigger bill than originally quoted as they spent a lot of time and effort getting my system winterized... Nope! They gave helpful suggestions about caring for my system and let me know they could help in the spring when it is time to turn them on again.
