"It was amazing.  They arrived early and jump right into it.  The men were very professional.  My yard looks incredible.  This is the second time we have used them.  Last year they installed our sprinkler system in the front yard   Since they did such an incredible job, I had them come our and finish the backyard.  However, this time I had them lay the sod and do the gutters.  They worked so hard and did a great job cleaning up after they were done.  I highly recommend them for any of their services.

"They called to start the job a few days early.  They were to use my existing sod from the flower beds to cover a couple a spots in the backyard, but they forgot and scrapped all of my sod so they had to bring in fresh sod.  I expected the sod to be laid out in straight lines but the edges are all jagged with several areas being trip hazards.
They apparently didn't do something correct when preparing the cutout for the bed as grass is coming up rampant through the mulch.   The original drawing had part of my bed in my neighbors yard, so they had to adjust on site.  The layout was a little off from the drawing although not too terrible.  Overall, it looks good from the street, but I am a little embarrassed at it up close especially to those who know how expensive it cost.  
They were very nice, respectful, and had to come out multiple times, but it's just not what I had hoped.   I feel i should have done something very small to then evaluate the outcome before going all in.  
Also, they allowed the total to be paid off over 6mths.
