"I reached out Carmelos landscape 2 days ago. They responded via email within 30 minutes. They asked for my address and then sent me an estimate which is more than fair. They then sent me a confirmation and that a team would be out within 2 days. They were out the next day. I was not home but they proceeded to perform the work even though i had not paid yet. When i got home i was Extremely impressed with the way the lawn looked especially since it was overgrown and in bad shape. The team took great care of my property and cleaned up. When completed they called me and i offered to drop off a check but they said no worries and that i could pay online which was soooo convenient. Carmelos is professional , trusting, ontime and just plain nice. I moved to the area and i will be using them for the summer and in the winter they will be doing snow removal. John's extensive knowledge, expertise and overall passion for plants made me feel like we were in very good hands. The entire process was thorough and yet allowed for additional improvising depending on our needs. Lots of credit to the crew, who worked in challenging weather conditions and handled the stone work, landscaping, lighting and irrigation systems with patience and skill. I appreciated having a detailed layout of our plans so we had a clear understanding of the project and all the materials/plants being used. I was able to give John a vision and he brought everything to life in a way I could have never imagined. I will admit that this project was quite expensive and we also added on to our initial bill.
