"Had them lay sod around a new paver patio which involved a slight slope and also some patches throughout the yard. They were reasonable in pricing and did an excellent job. The grass was green when they installed so definitely new cut sod. Would hire them again"

"James and his crew did a good job laying sod in my backyard. Reasonable fair price and showed up when they said they would. Also gave me information and tips what to do with me new yard. Fixed a leak I had for my irrigation system on top of that. Definitely will contact them if I need more work done or if I know someone that does."

"I've hired Universal Lawn and Floor multiple times. If you want dependability, honesty, professionalism, and quality work, Donnie is your man. He takes care of my bi-weekly lawn maintenance, and every time I think of a new project he greets me with a smile. He takes care of my mulching, river rocks, planting flowers, and trees. This past week I had a huge clean up job with removal of old landscaping rocks, and timber. He cleaned it up beautifully. I would highly recommend Universal for all your outside needs."

"Will Brown is very professional. He showed up on time and provided a written quote. He and his crew showed up on the scheduled day and were actually early. The crew did a good job piling the remaining wood I wanted, placed the chipped wood were I wanted and even put down grass seed on the bare spots from the tree shade.
