"David Brainard (Brainard's Greenscapes) designed our back yard, which was nothing but sand and restored the front yard, which needed a makeover. The job involved leveling the sand, placing two colors of rock in various areas, revamping the irrigation with river rock, designing a flagstone sidewalk with circular patio, and designed two grass areas out of faux grass with steel edging around the grass sections. He also installed a drip irrigation system including a controller in the garage. David is very responsive, courteous, timely and full of ideas. He also is extremely knowledgeable about plants. He answers the phone immediately and follows up promptly. If you have a problem after the job is finished, David responds just as promptly as he did when the job began. He organized his crew (at times up to seven), and they, too, were very polite and courteous. They worked all day in the hot sun for six days. His workers were professional and did an outstanding job.
