"Brian was very quick at responding to our request. He was able to fit us in and arrived promptly at the time he had stated. He had his tree trimmer work on cutting back the tree while he worked on trimming the parking strip bushes. He made sure we were happy with how much was trimmed. Between the two of them, they cleaned up all the debris and loaded it in their truck. "Received several quotes for work.  We chose Paul because he was referred by a friend at a nursery and he was very punctual.  In addition he provided the quote when he said he would with several options for restoring the yard.  Paul does the work himself with a small crew.  They worked hard and diligent to complete the job.  They completed all of the work including dealing with permits and tapping into the city water line.  He installed all of the necessary equipment including the backflow valve.  So there were no sub-contractors involved.  Paul was always friendly and more than happy to answer any questions.  He was very accommodating to our needs.  When he was finished with the job he provided instructions on how everything works and where everything is. He will also be servicing the system for 2 years as part of the install price which is very nice.  He will turn the system off for the winter which includes blowing out the lines, and he will turn it back on in the spring.  Great work and great service.
