I scheduled a visit to fix the problems. The customer rep (David) spent time with me watching how each watering jet was working and he identified several issues and then fixed them all. David was very knowledgeable and we ran tests of all jets when he finished his work. Very pleased with his servicing our watering system."

They also placed an area of sod where I could not grow nice grass. They are friendly and want to make sure their customer is pleased with each step of their work. "The work was done within 3 days after I made the appointment, so it was very efficient. I can't really tell the work quality since I am not a pro, but I would trust their expertise. However, the only complaint I have is that I received the bill amount showing doubled from what we agreed upon....and my name, street address, and even zip code were all incorrect in the bill. They should have correct info to get the work done though, so I am not sure where was the disconnection. I called the office, and they corrected the amount back to what we agreed without issues, but I was surprised about what happened."
