"Excellent job. They came out and gave me ideas, provided a plan and an estimate. Work done turned out great. Three of the smaller plants did not look healthy after about 4 months and the promptly replaced them. Would highly recommend them for your landscaping needs."

"They restored my yard very well and clearly explained how everything works."

"Very professional. Quick quote. Yard looks great."

"Ricky was very friendly and had good communication from the very beginning and showed up on time. The core aeration equipment they used was exactly what I wanted for my lawn."

"We relocated out of state and I needed someone to take care of my lawn until my house sold. Johnny did a great job of taking care of my yard and sent pics each time he mowed. Very professional and a pleasure to do business with. You won't be disappointed."

"They were fast, thorough, and nice guys to work with. We agreed on a thoroughly reasonable price and I thought enough of their work to pay 1.5X. After watching them a short time on my 1/3 acre, I ended up wishing I had bought a zero turn because they were done in less than 1/2 the time it takes me. It helps to have a second guy doing the trimming but still they were fast and thorough. If I ever get where I again need someone to take care of the lawn, I will call them."

"They did an outstanding job within the agreed time frame. My yard was horrible but it’s one of the best looking one on my block. I will reach out to New Ground Services on any of my lawn maintenance and design services."

"The repair technicians arrived within the time frame expected. They inspected and tested and found it to be working properly now. After some discussion, it turns out that my wife was taking a shower when the malfunction of the vacuum breaker occurred and that probably caused the water pressure to drop below that tolerated by the vacuum breaker. The technician then recommended not replacing the vacuum breaker, and not to take a shower when the irrigation system is operating. Both technicians then did a thorough inspection of all the sprinkler heads in our yard, making adjustments as needed. Overall, they did a great job and I appreciate them not wasting our money on a part we really didn't need."

"Installed sprinkler system and shade tolerant grass in front yard. Made sure we knew how to work the system."

"Quick customer service response, fair price, quick to start my lawn care program"
