The only problem we had was that they don't return phone calls and sometimes your not even sure when they are going to show up. They started our job with the four little trees in the front yard and then a month later came back and did the 1 huge tree in the backyard. Wasn't sure if they ever were coming back to finish. Didn't charge me, though, till the whole job was complete."
