"Cav Movers came highly recommended by a friend who used them to move their family to Charlottesville, Virginia from Washington D.C. I used them to move out of Charlottesville, it was pretty easy to coordinate a time for a my move with them. The guys arrived punctually and performed their job in a efficient and enthusiastic manner. I especially appreciated their attention to detail with some of more precious pieces of property. They even finished with time to spare and assisted me in disassembling some of my furniture. "XPress Movers helped me move my stuff from a storage unit into my newly completed house. They showed up at the scheduled time and notified me of their ETA. Once there, they took very good care of my things by wrapping furniture items in moving pads/blankets and plastic wrap designed for moving. I paid them a flat fee for the move and I was surprised to find out that wrapping my furniture in this method was included in the price. The 2 men that moved me were very polite and friendly and treated my stuff as it if were their own. More importantly, they did not bang up my brand new house (new construction) or scuff up any walls, though my house doesn't have any particularly tough corners or tight spots. In fact, 2 days after my move and I could not find even a single mark they left behind. The price they charged me was exactly what they quoted and found it to be very reasonable for a relatively easy and straight forward move.

You keep raising our goals so we bring the company in more money but no matter what we still make the same amount. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.
