"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

"Mike and orrin did an amazing job moving out of our place and we're so nice and helpful. Would recommend them for future moves if you are looking for a great service."

"From the very start, Redefyne truly redefines the moving experience. Aaron conducted a virtual walk through and provided me with separate, detailed estimates for moving, packing, and materials in less than an hour. Even before we selected them, Redefyne sent 4 emails with helpful tips on packing, moving, and essential relocation reminders. They checked in the morning before the move. And the team of Tyler, Trey, Rich, and Casey were on time, polite, careful, efficient, and cheerful all day. Thank you, Redefyne, for making this a much easier moving experience."
