Super straightforward with the booking process and they provided the flat rate quote right away after giving them the inventory list and set up for my move. Once they arrived, they went straight into work! Very kind young men! After the load, Amir drove to Nashville and had his team there do the unloading. The apartment I was moving into had an elevator out of order, so we had to take a longer route. The movers didn’t complain & had the right tools with them to make moving in EFFICIENT (even though the elevator was a pain sorry about that!) I highly recommend Elite Haulerz Moving to anyone. My wife was not sure that they could get all our stuff in the truck but no problem. Even room to spare. They handled everything with care and no damage. "Excellent experience, and that says a lot because moving is usually a nightmare! They showed up with real professional equipment, not just a basic dolly. The stair climbing dolly was incredible. Heavy furniture went up to a second floor apartment smoothly and safely without scraping walls or beating up the pieces. It saved a huge amount of time and effort. They also brought heavy duty dollies, straps, thick blankets, shrink wrap, and the right tools to disassemble and reassemble furniture quickly. Everything was organized and efficient. You could tell they do this everyday of the week. The guys worked hard, placed everything exactly where it needed to go, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving ahead of schedule having completed the job early. Hiring a crew that brings thousands of dollars in professional equipment and a million dollars worth of know how makes all the difference. Big thanks to everyone involved!
