"United Trust Van Lines is far from trustworthy. They play all the classic mover company tricks. 1) they will quote a low ball initial price based on a brief estimate of your items 2) then they ask for an initial deposit to lock you in 3) then for me specifically for a 1 bedroom apartment move from Pitt to Cincinnati, I had sent pictures of my items and they quoted a price but did not include the name of the all of the items in the contract and quoted a low storage space of 300cubic feet (which I was not aware at the time what that meant relative to the amount of items I had). In reality for 1 standard 1 bedroom apartment you want around 650-700 cubic feet. 4) movers came. Told me they don?t have enough space for my items only 300cubic feet and then told me - boxes are extra, packing is extra etc 5) I redid the contract to include all items I discussed and the boxes and packing - obviously cost went up 6) charge extra for distance (on day of move), 1$ per foot above 100ft Be wary!"

But my experience with Perfectly Fast Moving was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. After signing a contract, I never heard from Jared again, despite leaving two voicemails and sending an email. He originally promised my delivery by a specific date, but once my belongings were packed up and taken away, I was suddenly told they wouldn?t arrive until 10?14 days after the agreed-upon date. I had to call three separate times just to get any sort of update on when I could expect delivery. Communication was poor across the board, and the company made zero effort to rectify the situation. They had over two months to plan the logistics, and still completely dropped the ball. Now I?m starting a new job on the other side of the country without access to my kitchen, clothes, or basic essentials. Highly recommend going with another company. "

"Office staff (Jennifer) was very professional, patient with my many questions and easily contacted by email, text or phone call. Moving team (Lazaro) was very knowledgeable, experienced, intent on making sure everything was handled properly and very attentive to detail with re-doing the contract and pricing due to unforeseen changes we decided to make. I have not yet contacted them for delivery, but I have no doubt that this phase will go just as smoothly. Definitely would recommend American Knights Moving & Storage, Inc."
