"For their price point, I had higher expectations. Chesapeake Closets shelves and hardware feel quite cheap. Even the built-in laundry baskets, a feature that I was quite excited about when they sold it to me, are clumsy and not practical to remove and use as actual baskets. Plus, these baskets are unusually wide and shallow, making it next to impossible to find suitable liners. Without liners, your socks and other small garments will fall right out! The belt hook slide-out is the only feature that stood out as a real positive. These guys woo you with a nice-looking computer generated diagram of the install. Too bad that diagram does not match the quality of the final product. For our next closet organization system, we will go elsewhere."

"Two Marines moving could not have been friendlier and more efficient.  They were a few minutes earlier than the appointed time, showed up with three men and a huge truck that had more than enough room.  On a day that is stressful enough on its own, they were calm, organized, cheerful and very cooperative.    They blanket and shrink wrapped everything - from nicer quality pieces and antiques to a flat-pack particle board bookcase.  I did not find any damage at the end of the day.
It was a long day, but you always have more stuff than you expect.   I hope we don't move any time soon, but I would call them again if we do.

"I purchased two coupons for a total of 5 hours of work to hang cabinets in the garage, install shoe moulding and patch drywall around two recently replaced exhaust fans.  While I was very happy with the cabinet installation, it seemed that the second handyman was a bit less experienced in drywall repair.  It was a challenging area, because the previous fan was round and the new one set inside that opening was square.  Bryan was very polite and pleasant, but seemed to be a bit less skilled in getting the patch in.  Since he was encountering challenges getting the patch in and I wanted him to finish in time, I asked him to focus on patching rather than cleaning up.  It was a particularly messy job though.  He wasn't as neat and organized as he could have been and made things messier than they needed to be.  Also, he inadvertently tracked drywall dust through the house.  It might be a good idea to wear booties when walking through the rest of the house.  
To his credit, he stayed a few extra minutes until he had the drywall pieces in and I later applied the mud, sanded and painted the openings.

"It went fine.  They were very professional in removing the junk and putting it into their truck.  Organizing the pick up was a little annoying in that when we called a couple of times we caught the representative in her truck whlie she was driving and had to call her back at her request whe she was in a place to write down our appointment.
