"Alicia is very personable and outgoing. She and I connected the first time we spoke on the phone. She comes across as very honest and enthusiastic, and as a results it puts one at ease. She has the knowledge and experience, and very open and engaging to collaborate with my ideas. She honors the residents personal time to attend to business calls unrelated to what she was doing. The whole time she was in my home I did not have any anxiety or concerns about my personal items being taken. I felt like she was more of a friend than someone I hired. Alicia, was protective of my property while she was organizing my garage, to the point that when strangers was scanning my belonging, she confronted them by asking them if they needed something, and when they asked if it was a garage sale going on, she let them know it wasn't. I even had to leave her at the house by herself, while I went to pickup my stepdaughter, and she not only watched out for my things, but also watched the other workers who were working in my yard and having to go in and out of the house, making sure nothing was taken. She locked the house up when she left. I trust her and her awesome abilities in which she used to organize my home. I would recommend Alicia to anyone who is looking for an honest and family friendly home organizer, whose professionalism, fair pricing, and beautiful personality just sets anyone's mind at ease.
