Even the built-in laundry baskets, a feature that I was quite excited about when they sold it to me, are clumsy and not practical to remove and use as actual baskets. Plus, these baskets are unusually wide and shallow, making it next to impossible to find suitable liners. Without liners, your socks and other small garments will fall right out! The belt hook slide-out is the only feature that stood out as a real positive. These guys woo you with a nice-looking computer generated diagram of the install. Too bad that diagram does not match the quality of the final product. For our next closet organization system, we will go elsewhere."
