"I purchased a 3 hour Valentine's Day Special. I originally choose C & A Cleaning due to reviews not only from others but also how they dealt with their responses.  There are other companies out there that when a customer shares an honest opinion of their experience the merchant comes back on the defensive.  One I didn't see any bad reviews nothing that stood out to me as a deal breaker anyway, but they they were gracious to the folks offering insight regarding their experience.  One thing I think more merchants need to realize it that the folks that offer the brutal look is doing them a great service. 
After making this purchase, C & A Cleaning was very responsive from the get go. They contacted me once they saw my purchase within 48 hours.  I scheduled the services and they arrived in a punctual fashion on the agreed upon date. I personally have never had anyone come in to clean my home so I didn't know what to expect. I was slightly reserved about the idea of having folks, whom I do not know, in my home cleaning....but I was pleasantly surprised! Two ladies arrived on the day of my cleaning and were very normal people. They were able to put me right at ease just by their professionalism and their organic personalities. Since there were two people I had them for 1 1/2 hrs each for a total of three hours which I was made aware of at the time of purchase. My main focus was on my restrooms as I have textured bathroom stalls and doors and I always have a time getting them to sparkle. C & A Cleaning did an awesome job! They were able to get to all of my bathrooms sparkling from top to bottom in great detail and made them smell great too!  They mopped & vacuumed my floors, cleaned my kitchen, took out my trash in all rooms. These girls did a wonderful job!  I will sincerely use this company again in the future. I'm even considering getting a regular cleaning schedule going with them which is something I wasn't even considering when I made this purchase. Definite professionals but I think the thing that most stood out to me is that they really cared about my happiness and made sure all the way through that I was pleased with their services!  True caring is not easy to find.  Absolute A+!!!!!
