"Elizabeth organized, cleaned and designed The Carriage House on my property. I lost my wife to pancreatic cancer two years ago. I have a tenant in the front house. I really needed to make the back house mine. Elizabeth accomplished this for me."

"Aylene, Tina and Amy were terrific. We ended-up organizing every cupboard in the house, putting things in various types of easy to see and access containers, baskets, etc, and labeling everything as we went. Also, together we worked a second to none filing system so I could get all my paperwork put away - again, making it easy to access important documents and reference material, etc. They have a lot of experience with this kind of stuff, of course, but they also did a great job of improvising. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and probably will again soon. They are not cheap, and there are some things I might have done myself, or had less of a specialist work with me to accomplish, but I am delighted with the work they did. I highly recommend them! Graeme"

"I'm so happy that I found David at CA Cabinets! He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other estimates I received."

"We always thought it would be too costly to have our two closets organized (8 x 11 walk-in closet and 3 x8 reach-in closet). This year we finally decided to do it. We went on the web and found House of Closets which was one of the three companies recommended by Service Magic. The owner as well as designer, Gill, came to measure our closets. After measuring the closets, he was able to design the closets the way we wanted in just 30 minutes. He maximized the space to meet our needs. He is very efficient and honest. He sent three men for installation. It took them a day to install two closets. The price is very competitive compared to the other bid we had. The outcome of the closet reorganization exceeds our expectation. Each closet now has at least double its previous capacity. We love it. The investment is well worth it. Now we are actually enjoying our closets. If you are thinking to reorganize your closets or looking for a designer, we highly recommend Gil and House of Closets."

A professional organizer transforms your space by helping you declutter and create a more functional home. They will assess your needs, develop and implement customized organizational systems, and offer guidance on maintaining order. With their expertise, you can revitalize cluttered areas and enjoy long-term organization. Consult a local home organizer for more information about the specific types of services they provide.
Professional home organizers charge either by the hour or by the project, depending on the scope of work and their level of experience. Hourly rates for professional organizers range from $55 to $100, while project rates are common for significant room overhauls or organizing multiple rooms. To determine the exact cost, meet with a local home organizer, describe your project, and request a detailed quote.
Hiring a professional organizer can be a great asset when planning a garage sale. As you declutter your home, they can help identify items suitable for sale and provide valuable advice on organizing and pricing them effectively. This collaboration not only streamlines the process but could also make your garage sale more successful and even help offset some of the organizing costs.
Professional organizers don't need a license, but many of them pursue certifications and additional training to enhance their expertise. These credentials can demonstrate their commitment to the field and provide you with confidence in their skills. For specialized services—like hiring a feng shui consultant—additional certifications may indicate they have the specific knowledge required for your project.
The time it takes to organize your home can vary from a couple of hours to a week, depending on the project's scope and the professional you hire. Additional factors like room size and the amount of clutter will influence the project timeline. Experienced organizers or companies often complete the job faster, efficiently transforming your space into a well-organized haven.
