"They responded to our phone call immediately, they were able to come the next day to give a quote and then immediately performed the work even though water service had not been turned on yet (out neighbor graciously let us use their hose). They worked hard but didn't have a vacuum so said they would come back to vacuum at no charge. I am very picky and saw quite a few areas that were missed but I believe another visit will take care of everything before I actually move in. My experience is that the first clean is the best the company can do but they seemed very attentive to my concerns and will use them again."
