"I severely injured my ankle 1 week prior to moving in to my apartment after selling my home. After surgery, I looked into hiring a professional organizer to help me properly unpack and organize my environment. First and foremost, to help me create a safe path to navigate on my scooter/crutches in this tiny space while non-weight bearing for 2 months, then to help me create easy to maintain organization systems. I knew this would be no easy task considering I had downsized from a home to a small 1 bedroom apartment. I talked to a few different people from various companies in the area on the phone. One addressed me as a dollar amount and spent more time discussing things they would not do. Another referred to the job as â cleaning up this messâ when quoting rates which had me feeling judged. Then, I talked to April whom owns Neato Organizing & Design. The empathy in her voice resonated with me and I appreciated how she addressed the job as helping an individual. After working with her on the first day, I was confident I had made the right decision. She has since spent many days with me, making order out of the chaos. She is truly a jack of all trades. She addressed my clothing first, which I had not filtered through in over 10 years. She created a system in my closet, and has even made multiple trips to drop items off at Goodwill on my behalf. She has since addressed every area in my home including kitchen, pantry, refrigerator, living room, laundry area, utility closet, bathroom, bookshelves, large amounts of paperwork, and more. There were so many items to sift through and categorize after years of not going through belongings that occupied a home. She has made multiple trips down to my storage unit in the basement to bring down seasonal and occasion specific items. She has gone shopping and ordered organization items to bring to sessions, has brought me to the store as I could not drive to shop for the organization systems that appealed to me, and has carried up the items I ordered online from the mail room in my building to my apartment. She has assembled items, mounted several things in my closets, and even put up a large beautiful shelving unit in my kitchen. She even helped me pot many plants as this was important to me as I do not having an outdoor facing window in my apartment, but rather one that faces an indoor atrium. She even took 3 of my old laptops to a computer place and came back with a single USB driving containing all of the data from them. She has done all of this and so much more. She is truly a jack of all trades. She is also just wonderful to talk to, so even the dreaded tasks have not seemed so bad. April walked into a fairly chaotic environment and made it orderly and organized. I know exactly where everything is. My home environment used to stress me out and now I can come home and genuinely relax. Hiring April is the best decision I have made in a long time. If you are in need of organizing help, look no further. Itâ s a no-brainer. Iâ m confident you will feel the same!"

"Susie did a fantastic job cleaning, organizing and installing items in my garage to make sure everything in the garage had its place. The garage looked awesome when she was finished! Susie also organized my kitchen drawers and pantry - and I have been able to maintain them through her organization methods. What I most appreciated was that Susie was very patient when it came time to discard or donate various items. Sometimes it can be hard to "let go"...but Susie was compassionate and helped me through it."

"Carolyn was the first to respond to my Home Advisor posting,(within 1/2 Hr), on New Years Eve. She offered me the first appointment available, the day after New Years Day. Larry arrived on time, introduced himself and was ready to go to work. He was polite, personable and a diligent craftsman. He had a pleasant demeanor and wasted no time, completing the project. He appreciated our work space accommodations and appeared genuinely shocked at our generous tip, upon completion. If this service provider was needed again, we would ask for Larry. So yes, we would use this service again and encourage others, to give them strong consideration. Porch was the other Home Advisor led and they respond at 5 PM, nine hours after the project was completed. This positive feedback was supplied to Caroln, when she did a follow up call, the day after completion. A survey was supplied by the BBB and completed, later that same day. A Home Advisor live phone survey, was completed, days prior to the email. Ken"

"LeFaive Organized Living helped me clear out and organize what I used to call my closet of shame -- the place where I stashed extra housewares, camping gear, suitcases, seasonal clothes, and everything I did not currently have a use for but could not bring myself to let go. The space was crammed full and it was so hard to retrieve anything I needed. Jessica worked with me to sort through countless bins and boxes, separate items to donate, and put back the essentials in an accessible and visually pleasing way. "I contacted this company at 8am for a demolished mailbox. I was told they would be there at noon. They showed up right on time. They dug out the old post..through the snow…purchased a new post and mailbox, plus cement to stabilize it. I had a new mailbox by 2pm. It was a very professional job. I would highly recommend them for your projects."
