"Incredible! Communication between Joe and myself was seamless, especially as we needed to reschedule last minute due to delayed closing and later, due to weather. Joe was completely on top of it and helpful, covering all details clearly and concisely, and backing up our conversations with emails. The team, Bobby, Chase, and Dylan arrived promptly, walked through the house with me, and then got right to work. They were extremely committed, professional and worked hard, despite the service being hourly. They were flexible to my needs, and kept me updated as they worked on the load-in. I had to leave during the unload, and the minute I got home, they showed me one small part of the wall that had been scuffed. Before they left, they did a walk-thru to make sure I was happy, and helped me change one piece of furniture that was in the wrong place. I did not have one break of anything they moved, and could not believe how helpful, nice, and hard-working these guys were. I also want to mention that I was a young woman handling this move by myself, and I felt completely comfortable and respected the entire time, which is not always the case.
