"Easy process. Scheduling conflicts on the contractors part, but great customer service on their part, i.e. availability, responsiveness, etc. to exceed our expectations."

"For their price point, I had higher expectations. Chesapeake Closets shelves and hardware feel quite cheap. Even the built-in laundry baskets, a feature that I was quite excited about when they sold it to me, are clumsy and not practical to remove and use as actual baskets. Plus, these baskets are unusually wide and shallow, making it next to impossible to find suitable liners. Without liners, your socks and other small garments will fall right out! The belt hook slide-out is the only feature that stood out as a real positive. These guys woo you with a nice-looking computer generated diagram of the install. Too bad that diagram does not match the quality of the final product. For our next closet organization system, we will go elsewhere."

"AMA was great to work with. All the small jobs I needed help with were completed nicely. Painted all the rooms, installed a new microwave, repaired the front sidewalk, and many other jobs, were completed professionally, at a reasonable cost, and in a timely manner. I'd recommend this company over and over again. Thanks Dan!"

"We can't review Majestic Moving and Storage highly enough. They were absolutely delightful to work with. To start, they do in home estimates. In the past, we've always used moving companies who make us estimate how big/heavy our furniture is and we're always wrong so the estimate is always wrong. Our estimate was reasonable and completely accurate. They provided a low end and a high end on the estimate to give us a guide of what it would cost if everything ran smoothly and what it would cost if we had a crazy snowy day.
On the day of the move, the team was a little delayed by traffic but they called to let us know. Once they arrived they unloaded our condo quickly - which is challenging because it's on the third floor of a garden style building. There are no elevators and the staircases aren't very wide. They asked lots of questions about where items were going in the new house and loaded the truck in the order they'd unload it. It took a little time but when they arrived at the new house, they were able to unload so quickly. Even with their traffic delay, they finished well within the time estimate and actually below the low end price on the estimate.
We didn't have a single damaged item in the move. Honestly, we don't have a single complaint about the service we received.

A professional organizer transforms your space by helping you declutter and create a more functional home. They will assess your needs, develop and implement customized organizational systems, and offer guidance on maintaining order. With their expertise, you can revitalize cluttered areas and enjoy long-term organization. Consult a local home organizer for more information about the specific types of services they provide.
Professional home organizers charge either by the hour or by the project, depending on the scope of work and their level of experience. Hourly rates for professional organizers range from $55 to $100, while project rates are common for significant room overhauls or organizing multiple rooms. To determine the exact cost, meet with a local home organizer, describe your project, and request a detailed quote.
Hiring a professional organizer can be a great asset when planning a garage sale. As you declutter your home, they can help identify items suitable for sale and provide valuable advice on organizing and pricing them effectively. This collaboration not only streamlines the process but could also make your garage sale more successful and even help offset some of the organizing costs.
Professional organizers don't need a license, but many of them pursue certifications and additional training to enhance their expertise. These credentials can demonstrate their commitment to the field and provide you with confidence in their skills. For specialized services—like hiring a feng shui consultant—additional certifications may indicate they have the specific knowledge required for your project.
The time it takes to organize your home can vary from a couple of hours to a week, depending on the project's scope and the professional you hire. Additional factors like room size and the amount of clutter will influence the project timeline. Experienced organizers or companies often complete the job faster, efficiently transforming your space into a well-organized haven.
