"Jim Lockhart is the best of the best. From the time we were planning our project right through completion, he was the model of precision and professionalism. While Jim owns the business, he also worked on site each and every day. Our project together included a 2nd floor master suite addition, additional bathroom remodel, new roof, siding, windows, and HVAC! Jim was always on time and showed up when he said he was. Once our project started he was there every day consistently and worked incredibly hard each day. He worked with high quality sub-contractors when necessary (roof, electrical, and plumbing) and held them to highest standard and was on site while they worked. While construction was occuring, Jim was careful to keep our house as clean as possible and took extra care to ensure my children were comfortable and safe and their home. Jim even took the time say good morning to our dog each day in an effort to make our whole family comfortable! He cleaned each and every day. He was a master communicator and walked us through each step from start to finish. Jim worked on our home for almost 6 months and he took every detail seriously every day. "I was very impressed from the start, when Joe explained how his business worked.  He answered the phone right away, and said he had availability to move us on a date we requested, which was a Sunday afternoon, 2 weeks away.
He explained how his business worked, with different scenarios, where we could drive the U-haul, or have them drive.  By using the U-haul truck system, we believe we saved a great deal of money.  
I completed an online questionnaire, which allowed us to tell them the inventory to be moved, so they can get a sense of the size of the job.  The questionnaire was simple and easy to complete.
Once Joe received and reviewed our survey, he called back the same day, and gave me an estimate of cost, and options for dates and times.  He e-mailed us a breakdown of the cost, and suggestions for moving, which were very clear and helpful.
The day of the move went smoothly.  They called and gave an estimate of the time they could meet us at U-haul. My husband met them there, filled out the paperwork, and they drove the van to our house.  Casper was the main contact, and his crew worked quickly and efficiently.  They were courteous and professional.  When they packed the truck and unloaded the items into our storage space, my husband was impressed with their ability to load everything securely in these small spaces.  We were worried that we didn't have enough room, but they were able to make it work, and were very organized.  
We highly recommend them, and would do business with them again.
