"still waiting for them to install our door - overall we really liked our sales guy Ed. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their service however is another issue. I called 3 times and never received a call back and when i did get ahold of them, going through Ed, I was told that they had to fire their main project manager and as a result all projects had unknown delivery times. As a project manager I find that very disturbing that the loss of one individual should affect your clients? I am extremely disappointed with the service, but would recommend Ed to anyone."
